The Camp

CAMP CHECK-IN: Friday, November 10, 5-8 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 11 PM on Friday, as there is an entry gate.  Classes begin Saturday and Sunday at 8:45AM.  Sunday Memorial Services 10 AM.

The weekend includes 3 meals Saturday and 2 Sunday.  Accommodations are in cabins each with 2 bunkrooms and 2 shower/bathrooms.  Bunkrooms consist of 9 upper and 9 lower bunks and are separated into male or female rooms.  Bring sheets, blankets or sleeping bags, pillows, towels and soap.  Flashlights or lanterns are recommended.  Remember hymn books and Bibles.

Please let us know if bringing crib or playpen for your child.

Nursery is provided for children under 4.  Parents are expected to help out during at least one class or other activity.

Children’s Classes:   Classes for ages 4 – 12 are provided, usually along these age groups 4-6, 7-9, 10-12.  Parents of children will be asked to help during one activity. To volunteer to teach a children’s class call Sharon Adams 410-695-0351

Cost and Registration

CAMP COST4 YEARS & OLDER = $85 before Oct 7 ($90 after Oct 7). This  includes lodging and 5 meals at camp.  UNDER 4 no charge.

$40.00 deposit, per person (4 years and older) must be included with registration.  Checks from US Banks ONLY or Postal Money Orders payable in US funds, payable to Washington Christadelphian Ecclesia.

Please register early online so we can make proper meal arrangements and so children’s classes can be properly organized. PHONE OR E-MAIL REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   Confirmations will be e-mailed to the information you provided on your registration form, along with more details and directions about the camp.

COMMUTERS: $40 fee ($45 after Oct 7).  All commuters must pre-register.  Please complete the google form and mail in your commuter fee.  Commuter Fee is necessary to pay for the use of the facilities at the camp.

Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits on cancellations received after October 7  will be refunded after the camp if your space was filled by someone from our waiting list.  Contact Bro. Eric Kling as soon as possible if you must cancel.
